Synergy: International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies (SIJMDS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing high-quality research in the social sciences, humanities, education, management, economics, and closely related interdisciplinary fields.Founded in 2024, SIJMDS provides an international platform for researchers, academics, educators, policymakers, and practitioners to share original scholarship that integrates theoretical, empirical, and applied perspectives. The journal emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches that bridge related disciplines to address contemporary challenges in economic development, education reform, governance, social change, organizational practices, cultural dynamics, and policy implementation.
 
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity, scholarly excellence, ethical integrity, and academic independence.
